On Thick Dark Fogs, Shoebox Housing Schemes, and the Absence of Social Justice

We’ve been living in a thick dark fog
It takes years to clear
Like extricating yourself from a bog
Based upon hope and fear.

Live in shoebox housing schemes
No wonder we feel lost
The planers need re-educating
To help them consider the social cost.

There ain’t no social justice
Only if you are rich
‘cause brother, if you are poor
They* dump you in the ditch.

( * they being society)
