An Ischian Travel Anecdote of Naples Skies, Aloe Vera, and Ungovernable Gulls
In Napoli a seagull flew
Above the highest house
And as it flew it dropped a shit
Straight onto Lizzie’s blouse
Now Lizzie is a modest female
and she let out a cry
Not only was Ischian weather dull
I got shit on from on high
Yet later on at the cafe
Had to change her top
Put Aloe Vera on her sore arm
To make the itching stop
The moral of this little ode
Is simply bye the bye
Long sleeves to avoid the shit
From a seagull’s arse on high.
